POP-UP EVENT: PILATES FUSION

You've heard of pilates, you've heard of yoga, and you've heard of Barre .... but have you heard about our new Pilates Fusion class?
Think Pilates, Yoga, and Barre all mixed into one practice in the most stunning, sun-lit studio. Pilates Fusion is a low impact class designed to condition the body with exercises rooted in Pilates, yoga, barre and dance techniques. During this class, you can expect a deep burn in your core and glutes, activating your core stabilizer muscles while sculpting a flexible, strong, and toned body. But don't be intimidated if you've never tried Pilates before, you don't need any prior experience and newcomers are totally welcome!
In your hour-long class, Erika will guide you through various exercises where you will be able to choose your own weights. Word to the wise - don't try to be the hero in the room, choose a weight that you're comfortable with. You can always swap it out for heavier if needed.
