Join Janine for Mom & Me Pilates, a work out for moms and their littles ones. Class includes warm up with traditional Pilates mat exercises as well as light weight work geared towards rebuilding the core and strengthening the body. A great way to get out and meet moms with baby or toddler in tow.
A fun and exciting introduction to yoga! A great opportunity for family connection and bonding. This class incorporates songs, dance, yoga postures, yoga stories, and breathing exercises. No previous experience necessary. Whining, tantrums, shyness, diapers, breastfeeding are welcomed with this age group! This is a safe and nurturing environment to meet the child where they are at and allow them to be who they are. Ages 0-5 with caregiver(s).
An hour of yogalates based movement, breath work, and community building. Come to this wellness workshop with your little one(s), or without, for an opportunity to move, breathe, and recharge.This class will be hosted by Janine Ronayne on a monthly basis. A fun introduction to multiple mindfulness and healing practices for kids that allows the opportunity for self expression. Each class will incorporate an easy to follow physical yoga practice, meditation, breathing & calming techniques, self-awareness exercises, and fun games to promote connection and access to intuition/inner wisdom. Ages 8-12.
Generation POUND® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness, and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, students will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT—ultimately building strength, confidence, and self-awareness.
