Do I need to bring my own boxing gloves/yoga mat to class?
NO ... you are not required to bring your own boxing gloves or yoga mat to class, but it is highly encouraged. We have shared equipment that we spray down and sanitize available for use, or we have a wide selection of equipment & merch in our pro shop.
How do I reserve my spot for classes at Muscle & Flow?
Download the Muscle & Flow App from the app store. You can reserve your spot and purchase more sessions directly in the app. NOTE: You will need to purchase your class package (single session, 10-pack, unlimited monthly) prior to reserving your spot. Sign up here (link to schedule page).
Are classes at Muscle & Flow included with my gym membership?
NO - We’ve kept The Gym and our Unlimited Classes memberships separate so you aren’t paying for things you aren’t using. You are welcome to add both memberships to your account, or we offer a discounted class 10-pack exclusively to gym members.
Do I need prior experience before coming to class?
NO ... we welcome all fitness levels to our classes, you just need to come with a good attitude and be ready to work. If you are new to boxing, we recommend starting with our Beginner Boxing class.
Do I need to be a member to attend classes at Muscle & Flow?
NO - you don’t have to be a member to take classes at Muscle & Flow. We offer single sessions and a class 10-pack if our unlimited classes membership isn’t the right fit for you.
Is access to The Gym included with my Unlimited Classes membership?
NO - We’ve kept The Gym and our Unlimited Classes memberships separate so you aren’t paying for things you aren’t using. You are welcome to add both memberships to your account.
