What classes are going to be offered in The Studio?

Mom & Me Yoga

For real moms with real kids. We understand that not every child is going to be locked in on the yoga lesson, and that’s perfectly okay! What’s important to us is creating a space and community where moms can get a bit of exercise in while teaching healthy habits to their little ones.

Music Flow Yoga & Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Feel your stress melt away as your body flows. Led by Alex Wild and Sheri Kelly, these Vinyasa classes infuses the beauty of movement into your fitness routine.

Mom & Me Pilates

Join Janine for Mom & Me Pilates, a work out for moms and their littles ones. Class includes warm up with traditional Pilates mat exercises as well as light weight work geared towards rebuilding the core and strengthening the body. A great way to get out and meet moms with baby or toddler in tow.

Family Yoga

A fun and exciting introduction to yoga! A great opportunity for family connection and bonding. This class incorporates songs, dance, yoga postures, yoga stories, and breathing exercises. No previous experience necessary. Whining, tantrums, shyness, diapers, breastfeeding are welcomed with this age group! This is a safe and nurturing environment to meet the child where they are at and allow them to be who they are. Ages 0-5 with caregiver(s).

Mom & Me Yogalates

An hour of yogalates based movement, breath work, and community building. Come to this wellness workshop with your little one(s), or without, for an opportunity to move, breathe, and recharge.This class will be hosted by Janine Ronayne on a monthly basis. Join us on the second Saturday of each month in The Studio.


C2 Body has been teaching people how to move their bodies for over 20 years with Pilates Reformer classes. At C2, instructors believe that through movement, you can connect your inner and physical self and by being truly connected you can be the best that you can be.

Choose from personalized private Pilates sessions or group classes that will help you become graceful, present, and grounded as you learn how to maneuver on the various pieces of equipment. Each session offers modifications, program variety, and postural management, allowing you to leave the studio healthier than when you came in. Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai Boxing, is led by Coach Bruno Rodriguez. Known as the "art of eight limbs", this combat discipline is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Boxing is a combat discipline that uses your fists and gloves. Led by Coach Edwin Frias and Coach Rodney Toney, you will develop solid boxing technique while getting a great workout in.

Kids Boxing

Kids Boxing Kids ages 5+, no prior experience necessary. Parents are welcome to drop off their kids. Tuesdays 5:00pm

Tween Yoga

A fun introduction to multiple mindfulness and healing practices for kids that allows the opportunity for self expression. Each class will incorporate an easy to follow physical yoga practice, meditation, breathing & calming techniques, self-awareness exercises, and fun games to promote connection and access to intuition/inner wisdom. Ages 8-12.

Generation POUND

Generation POUND® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness, and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, students will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT—ultimately building strength, confidence, and self-awareness.
