When you walk into small group training at Muscle & Flow, you are entering an atmosphere where it is impossible to fail. At first, yeah, you might be a little sore, but once you experience the high you feel walking OUT the door after a great workout, you’ll become addicted. Small group training is designed to help you find that high, while creating habits that teach you the power of consistency and discipline.
Our New Semi-Private Group Training Program
At Muscle & Flow, our Semi-Private Small Group Training sessions are designed for people who need guidance and/or accountability in their workouts.Our trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun, supportive community. Groups contain anywhere from 3-6 people, but never more than 6. We believe in the power of a little friendly competition and group accountability, however, Small Group Training is NOT a group fitness class.
With each session lasting 60 minutes, you'll have plenty of individual attention from our experienced trainers, along with tons of group motivation from your peers. During your sessions, you’ll be working towards individualized goals alongside others working towards their custom goals you both set with your trainer. After your 8-week program,you will see the impacts fitness has on your life go far beyond any number on a scale or dumbbell. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just stay active, our Semi-Private Group Training has something for everyone.

- How does Semi-Private Group Training work?
Semi-Private Group Training at Muscle & Flow is pretty simple – when signing up, you are signing up for an 8-week program and locking in a day/time that you will be training. One you have your start date, all you need to do is show up on time and ready to work. We believe that consistency is a huge key to success, which is why we are consistent with our scheduling for the entirety of your program.
- How do I sign up for Semi-Private Group Training?
All you need to do is sign up for the wait list here. From there, one of our team members will reach out to discuss your fitness goals and availability. Based on that info, we will pair you with a trainer/group and get your start date on the calendar!
- How long is the commitment for Semi-Private Group Training?
Semi-Private Group Training is an 8-week commitment, training once per week.
- Do I need to find my own group members or will Muscle & Flow pair me with others?
If you have your own group members, we can absolutely set up a private session for you. That said, you do NOT need to come with your own group members, we are happy to pair you with others who have similar goals and skill levels. Click here to get on the wait list.
