Six people. A coach who’s paying attention.
Group size changes the experience. With a maximum of six people, your coach has time to watch how you move, correct your positioning, and help you find a weight that challenges you with control.
That attention matters whether you’re learning an exercise or have been lifting for years. Sometimes you need help getting comfortable with a movement. Sometimes you need someone to recognize that the weight you keep reaching for is no longer enough.
TRAIN gives you that feedback while you’re doing the work, so you can make adjustments in the moment.
You also get the energy of training alongside other people. Everyone has their own starting point, but there’s something about sharing the room with people who show up ready to work.
What happens in a TRAIN session?
TRAIN follows a station-based format. Your coach guides you through the programmed exercises, explains how to approach them, and helps you adjust the load or movement to your level.
You arrive knowing the workout is already planned. During the session, you can focus on your sets while your coach keeps an eye on your technique and effort.
The structure gives each session a purpose and makes your training easier to follow. You’re learning how to lift while building the confidence to take more ownership of your workouts.
Strength you build on
Progressive programming is central to TRAIN. The goal is to build on the work you’ve already done, giving you opportunities to develop your strength over time.
That can mean increasing the weight when you’re ready. It can also mean moving with more control or performing an exercise with better technique. Your coach helps you recognize when to push and when to spend more time getting the movement right.
You don’t need a completely different workout every time you walk through the door to keep progressing. You need a reason behind what you’re doing and enough consistency to build on it.
Who is TRAIN for?
TRAIN works for people who want coaching and a more structured approach to strength training.
Maybe you’re new to lifting and want someone to teach you the movements. Maybe you’re comfortable in the gym but have been repeating the same routine for months. Or maybe you know you work harder when there’s a coach expecting you and a session on the calendar.
You don’t have to lift the same weight as the person beside you. Exercises and intensity can be scaled, so you can train with the group while working at your own level.
How does TRAIN compare with personal training?
TRAIN shares coaching time among a maximum of six people. You follow structured group programming, with individual guidance on your movement, weights, and technique.
One-on-one personal training gives you a session dedicated entirely to you, with more room to shape the programming around your specific goals and needs.
If you want focused coaching and enjoy working alongside other people, TRAIN gives you a strong place to build your routine.
