REFUEL 2026: Wellness Retreat on Martha's Vineyard

REFUEL 2025 - Martha's Vineyard Women's Retreat

Ladies - ready for a little rest, a reset, and a weekend that YOU don’t have to plan? If you’ve spent years coordinating everyone else’s trips, events, and weekends… it’s your turn. Pack a bag, hop on the ferry, and let us take it from there.

Join Alex Wild & Felicia Baptista on Martha’s Vineyard at The Dexter, April 10–12, for a truly relaxing, joy-filled getaway designed to refill your cup and give your mind a break from decision fatigue. Just get yourself to the island - we handle the rest.

This isn’t one of those “drink lemon water and be quiet for 48 hours” retreats. This is a nourishing, movement-filled, laughter encouraged, eat-real-food, breathe-fresh-air, reconnect-with-yourself kind of weekend. You’ll head home feeling refocused, refueled, and uplifted.

All-inclusive 3-day, 2-night retreat projected itinerary*:

Friday:

  • Arrive anytime after 1:00pm (The Dexter is a 5-minute walk from the ferry!)
  • Beach walk
  • Charcuterie, champagne & mocktails
  • Welcome Sound Bath with @sonic_flow & @lizzie_drifting
  • Dinner catered by a local chef
  • Cozy fireside chat, s’mores, board games

  • Breakfast bar
  • Menemsha Hills hike (with lunch from Waterside Market)
  • Personal downtime - explore Vineyard Haven, wander the shops, nap, journal, or just breathe
  • Dinner at the house featuring a curated menu from The Attic: lobster, chicken, salads, burgers & more
  • Fireside chat + reflective activity

Sunday:

  • Dockside yoga
  • Polar plunge @ Owen Park (optional but fun!)
  • Breakfast bar
  • Noon ferry back to the real world - refreshed, recharged, and ready to rock the spring

*itinerary subject to change depending on weather, group vibe, etc.

**All bookings are non-refundable (we start planning the magic early!), but you’re welcome to pass your spot along to a friend.
