MOM & ME YOGA
Wednesdays 10:00am - 11:00am
Instructor: Alex Wild

A mom-centric class geared towards moms with baby 4wks to 2yrs-ish. Join Alex for centering breath, movement, conversation, and connection. Older siblings are welcome. No yoga experience or gear required.  If you’re a mommy coming with more than one “mini me”, just purchase and reserve ONE spot for yourself and bring along your whole tribe.

KIDS YOGA
Saturdays 9:15am -10:00am
Instructor: Gillian Sullivan

Ages 0-5 with caregiver(s). This class incorporates songs, dance, yoga postures, yoga stories, and breathing exercises. No previous experience necessary. Whining, tantrums, shyness, diapers, breastfeeding are welcomed with this age group! This is a safe and nurturing environment to meet the child where they are at and allow them to be who they are.

TWEEN YOGA
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Instructor: Gillian Sullivan

Ages 8-12. A fun introduction to multiple mindfulness and healing practices. Each class will incorporate an easy to follow physical yoga practice, meditation, breathing/calming techniques, self-awareness exercises, and fun games to promote connection and access to intuition/inner wisdom. The class is meant to allow the kids to be themselves and give opportunity for self expression.

VINYASA MUSIC FLOW
Wednesdays & Fridays 8:30am - 9:30am
Instructor: Alex Wild

Energize your body and mind in this flow that peppers classic vinyasa yoga with power moves inspired by an upbeat playlist that will make you move and groove. Open to all levels from beginners to advanced yogis.

POWER VINYASA
Mondays 12:00pm | Thursdays 7:00am | Saturdays 8:00am
Instructor: Sheri Kelly

All Levels -  Move through postures by incorporating breath to movement in this Power Vinyasa class.  This vigorous flow will allow you explore deep stretching, Sun Salutations, standing postures and core work followed by a calming, meditative Savasana.  All levels welcome and encouraged.   Many modifications offered to all levels to find the right pose in order to deepen your personal practice based on your personal strength and flexibility.

YOGA & MEDITATION
Tuesdays 6:00pm
Instructor: Gillian Sullivan

Led by Gillian, this class is a yoga class designed to help you release stress and connect to your heart. The class will end with a short guided meditation and reiki.
